I wanted to let you know that your program did make a big difference at Labconco.

We had a very volatile first shift-second shift rift, and a sexual harassment situation that literally came to an end after your visit. I think that some of the same feelings are still there but nobody goes out of the way to berate or complain about each. And several of the people are actually talking and working together. I believe they are starting to like and respect each other. You have my thanks.

As the night shift lead Manager, I had to listen to all of the complaints… “the first shift did this...the second shift did that” etc. I don't get hardly any complaints anymore. I have seen what a difference you have made in our workplace and pray that the same happens everywhere you go.

You have been in my thoughts and prayers often, keep up the good work. If there is anything I might be able to help you with, please let me know. I have been doing the best I can to further your cause - mostly by example. I've had several strangers, family and friends ask why I was so nice to someone when they were so rude to me. But I've seen, several times, my kindness and respect have a domino impact on others.
