Your flexibility with start time was greatly appreciated as well as the extra time you took after your presentation to answer questions and personally speak with division personnel. Your attitude towards excellence in customer service was also obvious in your interactions with my team members and the members of our division, both in setting up this program and in delivering it.

One final note; we have a very fast pace in our division. Most people will not hesitate to stand up and leave a meeting at its published end time. The fact that almost the entire room of 100 stayed past the end time of the presentation to ask questions is truly a testament to the quality of your program and the message you sent to our division members.
