Phase 1 – AWARENESS: Delivering The Prejudice Elimination Show; High School Program™
In this first High School phase, The Scary Guy brings all in the audience to the full awareness that everybody is involved in the flow of negative energy in the form of words and actions – at some level. Scary shows us that the solution does not lie in ‘finding the bad guy.’ Instead, he brings all participants to a position of discovering who they are from the inside of their life – out. This phase creates the foundation for each individual to put new choices and skills in place, choosing who they will be, represented by all of their words and actions
Phase 1 - AWARENESS: Delivering The 4 Rules & The 7 Pledges Oath for Kids; Elementary / Primary School Program™
In this first Elementary / Primary School phase, The Scary Guy presents The 4 Rules for Elementary / Primary Schools and The Seven Pledges Oath for Kids. Scary’s Elementary / Primary School Program provides a personal code for children, through which they are given the first steps of Awareness; that they are valuable as a person, that all of their words and actions have meaning and power and that they personally are responsible for their words and actions towards others. Scary reveals the truth about kindness and care in relationships and, as he teaches The 4 Rules and Seven Pledges, he reaches the hearts and minds of the children, creating an immediate shift in the energy and relationships in school. In this presentation, children will listen with intent, laugh out loud and be ready to immediately put what they have learned into practice!
Phase 2 - UNDERSTANDING: Delivering The Circle of Courage Show; High School Program™
In the second phase of delivery, Scary makes tangible the process of how we all have the power to make cognitive and emotionally healthy choices about what we see and hear from others in the form of their words and actions. Scary demonstrates in a highly visual manner lessons which will empower all people in your establishment to understand that they no longer have to automatically become all of the negative energy that they see and hear from others. Instead, they will understand their own personal power to choose whom they will be and what they will become through using their capacity to make choices about what they accept and make theirs in the form of words and non-verbal communication from others.
Phase 2 - UNDERSTANDING: Delivering The Circle of Courage Show; Elementary / Primary School Program™
The Scary Guy creates a visual representation of how words have power as Energy and how this is evident as the name-calling, labeling, bullying and taunting familiar to students in school. Scary shows Grade / Year 5 and 6 students how it is possible to recognize words as negative energy, and teaches them how to make a responsible choice about that energy. He gives your students the Awareness and Understanding of how to Respond rather than React. This is a powerful session, which leaves students with the ability to make positive changes in eliminating the Hate, Violence and Prejudice, as learned behaviors, within their own hearts.
Phase 3 - ACCEPTANCE: Delivering Cognitive Thought Resolution: High School Program™
Once they are aware that everybody is involved and understand that they as an individual have power to choose words and actions as energy for themselves, the third phase of delivery positions each person to also take responsibility for what they create and produce in the form of words and actions as energy. In the third phase, participants will gain a full Awareness and Understanding that what they create is a direct reflection of who they are in that moment.
Phase 4 - LOVE: Defining The Moment: High School Program™
The fourth phase of delivery teaches participants that they have the capacity to love all people. In this phase, Scary identifies the meaning of “Love” as the ability to love the person and make a decision about their behavior. He teaches each individual how not to become negative and hateful, in the face of negative behavior from others.
Phase 5 - THE AMBASSADOR TEACHING PROGRAM: High School and Elementary / Primary School Program™
Following the delivery of phases, one and two, schools are able to opt for The Ambassador Teaching Program. In this program, The Scary Guy and his team will train up to thirty of your most emotionally cognitive students for them to become Ambassador Teachers. As part of this delivery, The Scary Guy presents Elementary / Primary school shows to your selected Elementary / Primary school. Following Scary’s shows in the Elementary / Primary school, the Ambassador Teachers, in teams of five, deliver curriculum materials on the program concepts, teaching classes from Grades / Years 1 to 6. This program has been described as a “revolutionary good practice” model for Elementary / Primary to High School Transition.
Phase 6 - EMPOWERING THE MINDSET: High School Program™
In this session, Scary works with your most emotionally cognitive students - those students that you consider capable of leading others, through their own actions and examples. Scary works directly with these students to review the key concepts, and give direction in how they can actively work the programme in the school environment, at home and in public. Please select a small focus group of up to 15 students.
Phase 7 – FREEFORM THINKING: High School Program™
In The Freeform Thinking Program, The Scary Guy works with participants on identifying and developing their true capacity to work the program in the moment, at the highest level. At this level, individuals will be cognitive of their personal power to recognize the negative behavior of others, and instantly understand its source rather than become the negative energy in defense. In this session, participants will study the skills required to redirect the energy to the person with love and compassion and without shame and guilt, in the same moment that they see or hear negative energy from them.
